We offer local and statewide delivery services with no minimum charge. Delivery charge is based on distance.

Return Policy

Most items purchased at "The New Wood Store" are returnable for a refund as long as:

The item was in stock at time of purchase.
You have your sales receipt.
The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.
No more than 30 days has elapsed from the date of purchase.
If special orders of items with standard dimensions are returned a 25% restocking fee will apply.

The following are non-refundable:

Special orders of custom sizes, colors or anything non standard.
Custom finished items.
Modified pieces (such as but not limited to adding locks, cutting shelves or drilling holes)
Any "Red Tag" or clearance items.
Delivery or setup charges.

Delivery Policy

Prior to your delivery, please have the area cleared where your new furniture is to be placed.
"The New Wood Store" will confirm the delivery time in advance and make every effort to arrive within the scheduled time period.
Please notify your salesperson if your new furniture needs to be carried up or down stairs.
"The New Wood Store" personnel are not responsible for moving or re-locating your existing furniture or household items.
If you are not home during the specified delivery time a second delivery charge may apply.
"The New Wood Store" assumes no liability for inadequate delivery access.

In Store Pick up

Pick up hours are Mon-Sat 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Please call ahead of time.
After hours arrangements can be made by calling and making an appointment.
Customers choosing to pick up their merchandise are responsible for providing any supplies necessary to secure their load. "The New Wood Store" personnel are not responsible for securing loads.
"The New Wood Store" will not assume any liability for merchandise once it has left our facility, other than warranty issues.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied during checkout at the current state rate.
